Projects and transformations are often led by project managers and technical teams — and rightly so. They are responsible for what is visible and tangible: designing the solution, delivering it on time and within budget, and ensuring that everything technically works as intended.
After go-live, we organise a hypercare period. Issues are resolved, tickets are closed, and eventually the project is signed off as successfully implemented.
